We have a class for everyone, from those brand new to yoga to those who are lifelong practitioners. Classes are categorized below by level. Find the class that lights you up. We can’t wait to see you on the mat.

Beginner Friendly

  • In a welcoming, supportive environment, experience the essentials of yoga and yoga’s health benefits, including poses, sun salutations, breath practices, deep relaxation, and philosophy. With detailed instructions and safe guidance, you’ll build flexibility and strength. Designed for the entry-level yogi, all levels can benefit from slowing it down and paying attention for deep learning and stress relief. *You will need to be able to get up and down off the floor easily as well as be able to put weight on your wrists.

  • This class is appropriate for beginners and beyond. It will safely introduce people to the foundations of postural yoga practice. Expect to spend time developing awareness of your body and its actions in a pose. For those with only vinyasa experience, this class offers a different perspective and a deep study of the traditional poses.

  • This class moves at a more relaxed pace than a regular level 1. The needs and abilities of each student are respected in an atmosphere free of expectations. This class is geared towards those who haven’t practiced much yoga in the past, are recovering from an injury/illness or are interested in a slow thoughtful practice. Time will be spent on each pose exploring options and adapting with the use of props.

Please Note: You must be able to get up and down off the floor for this class. Also, Yoga Haven is located on the 2nd floor up one flight of stairs (there is no elevator).

  • Item desc“Fitness Flair in the Chair” is a combination of chair yoga and gentle fitness. Students will learn movements to improve strength, stamina and flexibility and to reduce stress. Classes include basic exercises, working all muscle groups and include stretching, yoga, guided meditation and breath work. The classes are appropriate for all levels and are set to fun music. These classes will leave you feeling relaxed yet invigorated!

Please note: Our studio is on the second floor with no elevator.

  • This basic level class will be gentler and slower than a regular level 1. It will consist of primarily restorative yoga postures to facilitate deep states of relaxation. The body is supported in “relaxing postures” and the complete group of postures move the spine in all directions. This is a great class for those new to yoga, with limited flexibility, those recovering from injuries or just want a great relaxation!

  • Yin yoga is a slow, cooling style of yoga. Poses, or "shapes," are held for 3-5 minutes, allowing for lengthening and deep release. This class will help yogis explore flexibility, awareness, and balance in the mind and body. This class is beginner friendly and welcomes every body.

  • Close out your weekend with a slow flow vinyasa and restorative yoga class, designed to help you reset and recharge for the week ahead. This soothing practice combines slow flow vinyasa, restorative postures, combined with calming breathwork.

Take this time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready to embrace a new week with clarity and ease. All levels are welcome.

The class ends with a cool down, stretching, and relaxation.
